The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the bustling commercial area and is just a stone's throw away from the main pedestrian street. It is also directly opposite the popular Mango store, making it an ideal spot for shopping enthusiasts. the hotel is a short distance away from Osmanbey metro station, providing easy access to other parts of the city.
The service at the hotel fell short of expectations with certain staff members displaying rude behavior, affecting the overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, always prompt in their replies to our inquiries. We contacted them beforehand to check if we could check-in early or leave our bags, and they kindly stored our luggage until our room was ready. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the main street and public transport. It was convenient for exploring the commercial area of the city.

This hotel is located in a great area, right in the heart of a lively neighborhood. The staff were super hospitable and friendly, always ready to help. The rooms were clean and had a nice view, providing good value for money. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in the room rate. Furthermore, the attention to detail was evident, with basic amenities provided for a comfortable stay.
